Customer Success + Call Center Manager

Location: Austin or Portland

As Brave Care continues to grow we're looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join the Brave Care team. As a Customer Support Manager at Brave Care you will create and manage a customer support team that provides 24 hour triage to all incoming calls, faxes, and emails to the Brave Care Medical Teams. Train all team members as necessary in customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to be part of a practice and company changing the way children and families access and receive care.

In this role you will…

  • Create a triage system for incoming phone calls, faxes, and emails to the Brave Care medical team. Route calls and tasks to the appropriate person at Brave Care including triage nurses and
  • Build a 24-hour support team of customer service representatives to answer phones, emails, and faxes.
  • Conduct customer service training for team members as necessary
  • Handle incoming customer calls and requests, escalating to leadership as necessary.

  • Experience working with customer support teams and interdepartmentally
  • Experience creating customer service processes and procedures

You’ll need to have…

  • Bachelor’s degrees and 3-5 years of work experience in a customer facing role such as Customer Success or Customer Support.
  • Have team management experience managing a number of customer support representatives.
  • Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, high-energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.
