Full-Time Recruiter

As Brave Care continues to grow we're looking for a skilled recruiter to come help us build our team! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a company that is changing the way children receive primary and urgent care. We're looking for someone who thrives in the rapid growth stage of a start-up, who is knowledgeable and effective in their trade, can build scalable processes and has a passion for helping children and families. You will be responsible for the recruitment of medical professionals to grow our clinics, as well as operations, product and design professionals from individual contributors to C-Suite. This role will report to our Head of HR.

In this role you will…

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including meeting with hiring managers to understand roles and recruitment steps, sourcing strategies, managing interview processes, and conducting offer negotiations
  • Recruit all medical staff including MDs, NPs, PAs, and medical assistant, x-ray techs and triage nurses
  • Recruit marketing, product, engineers, and operations at all levels across the org.
  • Work consultatively with hiring managers to understand needs and build out job requirements
  • Develop and execute on proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive talent
  • Assess, screen, and manage candidate relationships and communications
  • Arrange and negotiate start dates and signing packages
  • Refine and improve internal recruiting processes to scale
  • Build out strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool

Experience

  • 5+years of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting in Health Care highly encouraged
  • Experience recruiting in the tech space highly encouraged
  • Experience with start--up companies highly encouraged

Brave Care offers high-quality children’s primary and urgent care in Portland, Oregon. We see pediatric patients cradle to college, for a variety of conditions including: cold and flu, fevers, vaccinations, broken bones, and allergies. Open 7 days a week, we provide a convenient and cost-effective alternative to standard primary, urgent care facilities, and emergency rooms. Brave Care has an onsite lab and x-ray, and is focused on treating patient concerns that require immediate care.
