In this role, you will…

We’re looking for a project manager to join our cross-functional design + engineering Product team and be our control tower so we can achieve amazing things. Our projects serve multiple user groups, our own medical teammates as well as the parents of our wonderful patients. On our Product team, you’ll contribute toward our goal of reducing the amount of time our staff spends in front of screens, reducing the administrative burden and allowing our staff to spend more time with families. You will work closely with leadership, engineers, and designers to ship quality software on time.

This role reports to the Head of Product & Design. This is a full-time, remote position (the US only) at a fast-growing startup.

  • You actively build relationships across the entire company and support the work of the rest of the design team.

  • Work closely with a cross-functional product team to produce fast, effective cycles of work aimed at shipping new features and feature improvements.
  • Manage and scope out multiple projects in a cross-functional environment. Drive project success, metrics and timelines.
  • Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results.
  • Define realistic timelines for each project to be completed and successful. Be accountable for your deliverables and timeline.
  • Prioritize in a time-crunched, fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience

  • You have 3+ years working on digital product work.
  • You have experience working on startup MVPs or in a startup environment

Company Mission & Ethos

Brave Care offers high-quality children’s primary and urgent care in Portland, Oregon. We see pediatric patients cradle to college, for a variety of conditions including cold and flu, fevers, vaccinations, broken bones, and allergies. Open 7 days a week, we provide a convenient and cost-effective alternative to standard primary, urgent care facilities, and emergency rooms. Brave Care has an onsite lab and x-ray and is focused on treating patient concerns that require immediate care.
