At Brave Care, we are building the future of healthcare for kids. We are rethinking what getting care for your kiddo looks like in order to create the best experience for kids and parents. That means building everything from the tech to the clinics, end to end ourselves.

Brave Care is full of kind people doing the best work of their careers. Self-starters who want to work collaboratively to achieve more. We learn from each other and support each other when things inevitably don't go as planned. We offer competitive salaries and benefits but more than that, work that matters. Making the world a better place is a cliche in the startup world, but the impact we have on children and families can change their lives.

In this role, you will…

You will contribute towards developing a world-class suite of internal tools for our medical staff to reduce administrative burden and allow staff to focus on patient care. You'll also be developing tools for caregivers and patients to create a seamless in-clinic experience and reduce time spent managing healthcare needs. You will work closely with leadership, engineers, designers and clinical staff to ship quality software on time. Our projects serve multiple user groups, our own medical teammates as well as caregivers and patients.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Design & Research. This is a full-time, remote position (the US only) at a fast-growing startup.

  • Define realistic timelines for each project to be completed and successful. Be accountable for your deliverables and timeline.

  • You are self-motivated and driven.
  • You want to bring your ideas to the table, and we want to hear them.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

You’ll be successful if…

  • You set a very high bar for project execution, process, and documentation. You hold your cross-functional and functional team peers to the same standard.
  • You deliver projects on time. You communicate well in advance if a due date needs to move and the reason.
  • You push for action, removing roadblocks and helping the team maintain course.
  • You actively build relationships across the entire company and support the work of the rest of the design team.
  • You actively prioritize and help teammates understand the reason behind your requests.
