As Brave Care continues to grow we're looking for a Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company changing the way children and families access and receive healthcare. We're looking for someone who has a passion for pediatric care, managing projects, handling new challenges, and maintaining excellence.

In this role you will…

  • Manage projects of varying disciplines from conception to completion.
  • Communicate project needs and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Positively and professionally represent Brave Care to external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate problem solving strategies when necessary.
  • Provide effective leadership to your project teams.

You’ll need to have…

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational and communication skills
  • 2+ years' work experience training, implementing and/or supporting clinical staff and providers in use of EHR or other clinical systems
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • The initiative to exercise good judgment (e.g, in starting tasks, asking questions, identifying, discussing problems, ability to structure own work, and stay on task.
  • The ability to travel up to 50%
  • PMP preferred, experience with Asana and G-Suite preferred

Open 7 days a week, we provide a convenient and cost-effective alternative to standard primary, urgent care facilities, and emergency rooms. Brave Care has an onsite lab and x-ray, and is focused on treating patient concerns that require immediate care.
